Shipping Information

All shipments are sent with tracking to ensure full traceability. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking information is sent to you by email, allowing you to follow your shipping progress through to arrival.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • The resolution includes a replacement at no additional cost or a refund.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@velstaire.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
